Bioetico Return & Refund Policy

At Bioetico, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused
  • Products must be in their original packaging
  • Items must not be damaged due to misuse
  • Proof of purchase or order number is required

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain skincare and beauty products that have been opened or used may not qualify for a return or refund. 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

If approved, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or full refund, including shipping costs when applicable. 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Products marked as non-returnable
  • Opened skincare or cosmetic products

Exchanges

We currently replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
